Audit Partner - Belfast

MCS Group are looking for an Audit Partner to join a private equity backed accountancy practice based in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established, private equity backed accountancy practice based in Belfast. They provide a range of services including Audit, Accounts, Tax, Corporate Finance, Forensics and Business Advisory services to their extensive customer base across NI & Ireland. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to add an Audit Partner to their well established Audit team as result of continued growth.

The Role:

As the successful Audit Partner you will report directly to the Managing Partner and will be responsible for the following:

• Play a key part in the Senior Leadership Team;
• Provide strategic direction for audit team;
• Lead business development to expand client base;
• Provide trusted advice to client base;
• Train and develop teams members;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Audit Partner will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent;
• RI status or eligible for RI status;
• Extensive external audit experience;
• Strong management experience.
