A leading Financial Services Consultancy are now looking to build upon several years of exciting growth by hiring an Audit Compliance Manager for their Belfast offices.

This new, full-time permanent job opportunity will see the successful individual play a key role in delivering audit and assurance support to the firm's European clients.

This new role would suit those with an audit or advisory background within Financial Services, Banking or similar - lots of regulatory knowledge and ideally highly experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients.

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Providing highest quality compliance work products to clients
• Playing a key role in delivering on multiple projects - including but not limited to Information Security, Consumer Duty, Financial Crime, Safeguarding & more
• Carrying out compliance audits for clients - advising of relevant recommendations to achieve regulatory compliance
• Working closely with existing clients to help learn their business and design supporting regulatory strategy accordingly
• Management / leadership of small team of highly trained compliance associates (phased introduction)

Criteria:

• Highly experienced professionals within assurance, audit or compliance testing - within financial services, banking, fintech or similar
• Payments or Asset Management industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential
• Demonstrable audit experience - any relevant kind of audit
• Client-facing experience or exposure is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
