Advisory Accountant - Belfast/Dungannon

MCS Group are looking for an Advisory Accountant to join an accountancy practice based in Belfast and Dungannon.

The Company:

Our client is a modern and dynamic accountancy practice based in Belfast and Dungannon. They provide a range of services including Audit, Accounts, Tax, Corporate Finance and Business Advisory services to their extensive customer base across NI & Ireland. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to add an Advisory Accountant to either their Belfast or Dungannon office.

The Role:

As the successful Advisory Accountant you will report directly to the Partner and will be responsible for the following:

• Strategic business planning;
• Business reviews and funding applications;
• Process improvement & digital transformation projects;
• Informal workouts & formal insolvency appointments;
• Advisory support for acquisitions, disposals & restructuring;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Advisory Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent;
• Open to insolvency or advisory background;
• Strong communication experience;
• Strong IT skills.
