Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with a professional services company based in Belfast City Centre to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
This role can either be part time or full time, get in touch to find out more information!
Reporting to the Finance Director, the accounts assistant will be part of a small, busy finance team. This role is an integral part of the team. On offer to you is a competitive salary, a day of for your birthday & early finish Friday!
Main Duties Include:
- Assisting in maintaining client ledgers including client and office postings
- Process bank transfers
- Purchase Ledger
- Billing and cash statements
- Petty cash
- Assist with bank reconciliations
What You Need to Succeed?
- Previous experience in a legal environment
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Experience of a high volume transactional workload
- Good time management and an ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to solve problems
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
