Accounts Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to partner with an organisation based in Newtownabbey to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a permament basis.

You will work alongside the Group Financial Director and general duties will involve:

• Preparation of weekly sales invoices
• Uploading sales invoices & reports to Sage software and customer web-based portals
• Credit control function - contacting customers by phone and email in respect of outstanding invoices and resolving queries
• Maintaining an up to date Debtors Ledger
• Other general ad hoc office duties as required

What You Need to Succeed?

• Experience in sales or purchase ledger
• Excellent IT skills - especially Excel
• Commercial acumen
• Positive attitude
