Account Manager

Overview

MCS Group are delighted to be recruiting for an Account Manager within the cosmetic healthcare and aesthetics sector. The successful Account Manager will be engaging and relationship-driven, responsible for proactively growing and nurturing existing accounts and new business. This role requires an Account Manager who can build trust, communicate the scientific value of products clearly, and drive consistent revenue growth, helping clients achieve enhanced patient outcomes and satisfaction

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• ABPI qualification desirable but not essential
• Deep understanding of medical device, previous experience selling into hospitals/dentists advantageous
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships and demonstrate ethical judgement
• Client‑centric communicator; able to present complex product and patient‑benefit information clearly
• Commercially driven, organised and strategic thinker

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of prospective and existing customers across ROI
• Conduct new business development and account management with private/practice clients
• Organise training events, collaborate with external partners
• Stay informed on regional market trends
• Meet defined performance targets and KPIs

• Base salary of €55,000-€63,000
