1st Line Support Engineer

MCS Group is proud to be exclusively partnering with an MSP that is seeking to add an IT Support Engineer to its growing team. Due to an exciting new partnership, they will be growing their team responsible for supporting a wide variety of clients, this is an exciting opportunity for those with troubleshooting skills to gain great exposure across, networking, project work, and those BAU support troubleshooting skills.

• Salary dependant upon experience £23k - £25k
• Work with a variety of vitalisation technologies and cloud-based environments - predominately Azure

The role

• You will provide essential troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across several areas of IT
• You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing support of IT systems and projects covering a range of areas
• You will be supporting systems around complex business critical systems for a variety of clients across NI

About you

• You have strong experience in a similar support position
• You have experience with Windows OS, AD and Exchange
• SCCM, DNS and DHCP experience will help your application
• You will have a working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures - Azure
