LOUISE SMYTH

Louise is one of the most experienced recruitment professionals and trainers in the UK and Ireland. With 29 years’ experience in the people and talent industry, she jointly owns and runs MCS Group, the largest specialist recruitment firm in Northern Ireland.
A fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has worked with a diverse range of clients from Public Bodies, SMEs, Multinationals, and new start-ups supporting them through growth and achieving success through the recruitment and retention of their people. Louise advises boards on talent attraction and best-in-class recruitment processes and workforce planning.
MAIREAD SCOTT

Mairead Scott, Managing Director has over 25 years’ experience in recruiting across the Public Sector and has overseen the delivery of some of the largest contracts locally, including Northern Ireland Civil Service, Belfast City Council, and North Down and Ards Borough Council throughout her career.
Having identified significant gaps in the existing framework models (in terms of service delivery, turnaround times, quality of candidates, and a partnership approach which leads to a deep understanding of specific department or organisational needs), Mairead identified a real demand in the market for a recruitment partner who would take a fresh approach to providing recruitment solutions to the public sector.

As Head of HR, Sales and Marketing Recruitment Ryan is Northern Ireland’s leading HR recruiter, partnering with a vast range of clients across Northern Ireland covering multiple industries, he has helped to source the best HR talent in the market.
Ryan is a highly experienced Recruitment Professional, with over 10 years specialist recruitment experience and the last 5 years specialising in the recruitment of HR and Legal professionals and has a proven track record of placing HR talent from HR Advisor to HR Director and has built a strong candidate network and social following, clients include local Councils, AFBI, NI Assembly, NI Water and Law Society NI. Ryan has a never-ending, genuine passion to source the best HR talent and ensuring organisations continue to thrive.
ADAM MACKLIN

Adam has over four years of recruitment experience and as Head of Qualified & Specialist Finance leads a team of Recruitment Consultants specialising in recruiting qualified Accountants across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Adam’s clients have ranged from start-ups and SMEs to large multi-national corporations, as well as public sector bodies and charity organisations throughout Northern Ireland and parts of the Republic of Ireland.
Adam’s expertise includes recruiting from newly qualified to senior management level finance roles. As a true advocate of service and champion of talent Adam works in partnership to find solutions to our client’s business-critical needs.
