At MCS Group we provide the opportunity to get 8 weeks of training in the art and science of recruitment, which will set you up for a long, successful career with us, even if you’ve never done recruitment before. Following our very successful 8-week Recruitment Mastercourses in January and April, we are delighted to open up applications for the next Mastercourse in August.

Sarah McCann

Sarah McCann is one of our IT recruitment managers here at MCS and has won "Manager of the Year" three years running. It's not a surprise that her proudest moment is her team’s success.

Alan Montgomery

Alan joined MCS in 2019, bringing with him valuable recruitment experience. He has since risen through the ranks to become our Technical and Engineering Recruitment Manager.

Harvest Holland
