Simon is a Specialist Recruitment Consultant in MCS Group's Human Resources Team. He has a HNC in Business studies and has a background working in Sales and hospitality. In fact, you can still occasionally find Simon serving pizzas in one of Belfast’s favourite Italian restaurants - he has the gift of the gab and the patience one can only gain from working in a restaurant. He has transferred these skills into his recruitment career and is passionate about spending time getting to know his candidates and clients alike to find out how he can best help them achieve their business and career goals. Outside of work, you will find Simon training at the gym, swinging a club on the golf course, or indulging in a few pints of Guinness with his friends.
