Simon is a Specialist recruitment Consultant in the MCS Group Human Resources Team. Simon has a HNC in Business studies and has a background working in Sales and hospitality. You will still occasionally find Simon serving pizzas in one of Belfast’s favourite Italians- he has a gift of the gab and patience one can only gain from working in a restaurant. He has transferred these skills into his recruitment career and is passionate about spending time getting to know his candidates and clients alike and finding out how he can best help them achieve their business and career goals. Outside of work you will find Simon training at the gym, swinging a club on the golf course and indulging in a few pints of Guinness with his friends.
