Matthew graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Business Sport Management specialising in marketing, advertising, management and event planning. Post university he spent over 2 years travelling throughout Asia and Australia eventually settling in Sydney. When not searching for the top talent in Northern Ireland he is normally back home in Fermanagh getting yellow/red cards for his local football team. His network across the Banking and Finance space is important to me and I am always keen to connect with organisations looking to hire in any of my listed specialisms or individuals, looking for a new job or simply want to connect.
