Chloë Adams

Executive Assistant

Chloë joined MSC in 2023 as the Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. She also supports our Group Head of HR with HR support and administrative responsibilities.

Chloë has 20 years of experience in Executive Assistance and Office Management roles, having worked within a variety of sectors, from a local start up architectural practice, to a global construction firm, to a law firm. She has written a Quality Management System and is no stranger to implementing and reviewing policies, procedures and how-to guides. She likes a challenge and learning new skills. Chloë has extensive experience in co-ordinating global travel, diaries and events.   Her attention to detail and organisational skills are put to good use in coordinating corporate events.

Chloë is a trained Mental Health First Aider through St John’s Ambulance and has gained qualifications completing courses in Counselling Skills and Understanding Autism. She is enthusiastic about DEI. She has been a DEI lead in previous roles and on joining MCS, she signed up to the MCS LIFE DEI Pillar. She is excited to get involved and see where this will progress, as she is passionate about bringing awareness to neurodivergent conditions and being part of a culture that is accepting of people from all walks of life.
