Job Description

I am delighted to be working alongside a local, growing beauty cosmetics company with award-winning products to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join the growing team based in Belfast.

The successful applicant is an experienced marketing all-rounder that has a particular flair for creative ideas, content creation, and how to connect with customers across a range of touchpoints.

You'll be taking the lead on several marketing channels including Google Ads, SEO, email, social media (organic and paid), and content marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Independently planning and executing digital campaigns across different marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, email, organic and paid social media, content marketing).
  • Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and being responsible for the results.
  • Maintaining and developing digital marketing strategies.
  • Account management (communicating directly with clients).
  • Creating monthly marketing reports and explaining them internally to senior management.
  • Working with the social media team creating, scheduling and posting social media content for all platforms.
  • Assisting with the creation of content for blog posts, as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • You have a good understanding of all digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, email, organic and paid social media, content marketing).
  • You can confidently run digital campaigns and can take responsibility for the results.
  • You have good knowledge of different digital platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media campaign managers, etc.
  • You have experience using graphic and video creation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, Blender, etc.
  • You can come up with creative and innovative ideas and campaigns to support both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • You have a good understanding of how different digital marketing channels work together.
  • You can write literate, professional, and persuasive copy relevant to the target audience.
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
