Trainee Accountant

MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading tech company in the Dundalk area as they look to recruit for a Trainee Accountant on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity for study support.

My client is a leading tech firm in the Dundalk area with operations across UK and Ireland. Continuously looking to grow and expand, they are looking to bring in a Trainee Accountant to reinforce their team.

Role:

Reporting into the Finance Team Lead, duties of this role include:

• Assisting with Month-End Management Accounts
• Assiting with the preparation of Year-End Statutory Accounts
• Liaising with external auditors
• Irish VAT returns
• Assisting with Irish Payroll
• Supporting wider finance team with transactional duties

Person:

My client is ideally looking for:

• IATI Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant
• Desire to progress further in their accountancy career
• Open to both practice or industry backgrounds

• Salary up to €40k (DoE)
