As a Manufacturing Technician you will:-

  • Provide immediate engineering support to the build process, identifying and correcting build related issues.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes are safe and capable of achieving and maintaining the required quality standards.
  • Assist in the improvement and sustainability of assembly processes.
  • Create and update Work Method Procedures (WMPs) based on actual feedback from production. Conduct process reviews to eliminate Non-Value-Added activities.

The successful candidate will have: -

  • City and Guilds Level 3 (in a relevant discipline) OR BTech Level 3 (in a relevant discipline) OR Time served in relevant discipline e.g., Coachbuilder/Mechanic
  • At least 2 years' experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge in the problem-solving techniques to achieve business benefits
  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawing and instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, and team player abilities alongside an eagerness to develop
