MCS Group is seeking a Quality Engineer for our client who provide specialist technology solutions across the world to the automotive sector.

As a Quality Engineer you will support customers to drive quality improvement, whilst responding and resolving customer quality issues through excellent communication and problem-solving resolutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining customer contacts regarding all quality related activities during product development, product release, production start and series production.
• Coordinate analysis of products in response to customer complaints, initiating rapid corrective measures and the establishment of permanent corrective actions to improve processes, service, and products.

The successful candidate:

Must hold a Degree with at least 2 years' experience gained in a similar role, resolving quality related issues with external stakeholders and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrable experience handling multiple tasks and demands.

You will have excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, organisation, planning and time management skills alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
