MCS Group is recruiting an NPD Manager for our client, a major successful, fast paced manufacturing organisation based in Lisburn.

As the NPD Manager you will be working within a highly successful and well regarded organisation who have ambitious growth and development plans. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the NPD team and all NPD projects. This relates to all new products and overseeing the new product development process at every stage from concept through to launch.

The successful candidate:

• You will hold a third level business or engineering related qualification with at least three years experience gained in a similar product development or NPD environment and ideally dealing a global supply chain.
• You will have strong project management experience and be able demonstrate your ability to drive process improvements and deliver successful NPD's, alongside people management skills.
