MCS Group are delighted to be recruiting a Graduate NPI Engineer coming from an Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree (or equivalent) for our client in the manufacturing industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a local company that has customers across the world. In your role you will be supporting the NPI Engineering Manager with NPI projects through the product life-cycle, supporting it's transition into production, and ensuring all deadlines in the project are met efficiently.

In addition to supporting the Manager, you will also have ownership of various projects and will be involved in programming PCB assembly equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and project management capabilities in a brilliant organisation with strong mentoring.

You will have:

• An electrical or electronic degree (or equivalent) with some relevant experience OR
• 5 years' experience in a Surface Mount PCBA manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a desire to develop Project Management skills.
