You will;

• Successfully manage, monitor and evaluate the Quality System and Procedures across the business
• Provide technical support for the Operational and Trading Teams
• Maintain and promote safety, quality and integrity standards
• To identify and highlight compliance and non-compliance with Legal and Customer requirements
• Working along with the operations and Trading Teams to identify root cause, corrective actions and to ensure continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of sample management and testing, including Delivery and execution of sample plans
• Regular communication with suppliers and customers to ensure quality requirements are addressed
• Responsibility on product quality and closing out quality issues, liaising closely with Traders
• Maintain updated product specifications and records
• Responsibility on internal and external audits, liaising closely with the Projects and Systems Manager
• Effective use of quality systems (ERP & Power BI)

Must have 3rd Level qualification in a relevant discipline, e.g. Food/Agri Science.

Relevant Professional Development, such as GAFTA, HACCP or ISO accreditation training would be an advantage
