MCS Group is currently working alongside a global organisation, and one of the world's largest providers of commercial explosives and blasting systems to the mining, quarrying, oil & gas, and construction markets to recruit a technically strong Sales Representative to service their major accounts within Northern Ireland. A salary of £55k + 10% Bonus + Car will be on offer for the successful candidate.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing, building, and retaining the organisations largest accounts within Northern Ireland, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support and in turn increasing profitability for the organisation.

Working with multiple key stakeholder you will ensure that you deliver on key objectives in line with overall company objectives whilst ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and to budget.

Whilst much of the role will be focused on key account management, you will also be expected to capitalise on any new business opportunities within the market, and in turn turning this into a future long-term account.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong technical sales experience within the mining, quarrying or oil and gas industry
  • Proven ability to provide technical support on a range of customer requirements
  • Strong account management experience with the ability to develop long-term and profitable relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple key stakeholders and deliver on key objectives
