MCS Group are working with a leading Insurance Broker based in Belfast to recruit a Contact Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable individual excited about sales and able to converse with clients daily. Offering £21-23K and WFH flexibility, this individual will focus on proactively identifying prospect sales leads, promoting the services, maintaining pipeline and organising client events.

Role

The successful candidates duties will include:

  • Identifying new client prospects for targeting the database
  • Conduct market research in terms of reviewing trends and clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing material
  • Provision of administrative support in accordance with business needs
  • Maintenance of a diary system
  • Management of client pipeline

Criteria

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business development
  • Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of services through formal and informal learning
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Package

  • £21-23K DOE
