MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading sports technology company to recruit a Client Services Manager on an initial 12 month FTC. Working within the 'Rest of the World' team, you will be joining a team of passionate individuals who are always striving for the best in a company where innovation and creativity is key.

As Client Services Manager you will manage and continue to develop a world class Account Management team, and build grow and develop teams and individuals to succeed and achieve great things together.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire individuals in the end-to-end client service delivery
  • Training and coaching of associates to meet current and future requirements
  • Promote a culture of 'client first' service to deliver consistent excellence
  • Monitor the performance of the Account Management team against operational performance indicators
  • Work with teams to identify root causes of any service short comings and/or breaches in service delivery and work to solve/address these as quickly as possible
  • Ensure that standardised policies, procedures, and service level agreements are understood and followed so that all aspects of risk management, information security, legislation, and regulation are managed effectively
  • Ensure that the Account Management team has the appropriate level of up-to-date knowledge in relation to the product and best practice in customer care
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to make operational decisions in line with strategic goals

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience of working at Senior Management level within B2B Client Services and where you have delivered outstanding client service time and time again
  • Experience in managing, leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team with a focus on productivity and engagement
  • Exceptional customer service ethic and passion for delivering the best customer experience
  • High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of customer strategy, operating environment, and business objectives
  • An in-depth knowledge of operation best practice and experience of implementing processes, procedures and standards
