This position will require working closely with the Sales Team to manage follow-up of quality sales leads and productive engagement with prospective customers via outreach across multiple channels. The role would be well suited to an individual looking to develop a career in Sales.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Ensuring a minimum set number of quality appointments are made to the Business Development Managers diaries by making outbound calls and regular outreach across a number of channels to list of qualified leads,
Achieve weekly appointment targets and agreed KPI's around contact, follow-up and reporting *
Effective use of CRM to track, assign and qualify leads
Maintenance of key MI dashboards and reporting tools
Capture CRM enhancing information and accurately update and maintain internal records and
Generation of reports as required to track business metrics
Ensuring the start of the customer journey reflects the business in a positive light
