Additionally, placement fees are circa 3-4 times NI averages, meaning that ambitious consultants can earn more, quickly.

The Roles

We are seeking Business Development Consultants, to sell services covering both contract and permanent recruitment. The team will be split between Business Development and Service Delivery, enabling the required focus on both winning and servicing business to a high level, therefore the successful candidates will work closely with the Service Delivery Consultants.

Business Development (Client Acquisition) specialists will be high energy, driven individuals who are motivated by winning and see 'closed doors' as a personal challenge. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate drive, resilience and tenacity alongside the skills required to develop new business relationships with a wide range of companies and decision makers.

Prior commercial experience in a business development or similar role is required, while previous experience in the recruitment industry is preferred though not essential. Either way, you will be open, honest and trustworthy, someone who is ethical in their approach, yet highly driven and ambitious in character. You are motivated by learning and are constantly seeking new ways to develop and improve your professional self.
