Director – Professional Services
Phil leads our Professional Services Division, including teams that cover assignments across Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing and HR & Legal spheres. Like many before him, Phil “fell into” recruitment, starting his career in England before returning back to NI and taking the helm of Team Prof Services as they set out on what has already been a record-breaking journey. What he has lost in hairline over that time he has more than made up for in memories of fantastic moments! A husband and father, a current Master’s Psychology student and a wannabe Olympian (never say never), Phil lives and breathes the pursuit of goals and making the most of opportunities, with his overarching aim to support the members of his team to do the same.
