Before recruitment Martin spent 5 years working in the sports and fitness industry where he coached rugby, sold gym equipment, and energy drinks. It was during this time he unearthed his passion for discovering, harnessing, and developing talent to enable people to reach their goals and aspirations. Fast forward to now, Martin works as part of the Part Qualified team in Accountancy & Finance where he seeks and assists professionals find the next step in their career journey. This allows him to bring together all that he has learnt to present and represent both candidates and clients to fulfil both of their needs and wants. When not working Martin can be found still on a rugby pitch or on the side of a mountain supping a flask of coffee.
