MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a prestigious, global law firm as they look to introduce a new IT User Experience manager to the firm. This is a great opportunity to be part of the Technology Services department, responsible for delivering world-class support and services globally. The IT Service Management team, within Technology Services, manages all IT services and infrastructure for the firm.
What You Will Do:
Lead Global Support Team: Manage a team of global support specialists and deliver end-user technology services professionally.
End-User Advocacy: Champion, advise, and liaise with the end user community, instilling a strong customer-service orientation and user experience focus.
Strategic Alignment: Align team activities with strategic objectives and business processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Service Provider Management: Manage the day-to-day relationship with the EUC managed service provider and facilitate key processes: incident and problem management, knowledge management, service process design, and performance analysis.

Team Leadership: Proven track record in team development and motivation.
Commercial Acumen: Understand IT costs and their strategic impact.

Experience: Extensive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a 3rd line support role.
