MCS Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing green tech company based in Belfast for a Technical Support Specialist. This Technical Support Specialist will be the linchpin between two separate teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience with software, hardware, and data!

The Role:

• Provide on-hand support to the Operations team to support bespoke software.
• Work with the Data team to analyse and assess any anomalies and determine the best course of action.
• Provide first-line IT Support including setting up new users, removing leavers, and resetting passwords.
• Assist the Operations and Data teams and liaise with internal stakeholders on the best course of action.
• Develop an understanding of bespoke systems to provide specific assistance to customers over the phone.

What you will get in return:

• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
• Monday - Friday 9 to 5
• On-site during probation
• Benefits package currently under review

Essential Criteria:

• Degree qualified within STEM.
• 1 year experience within IT Support.
• Keen interest in Renewable energy
• Understanding and knowledge of Data administration.
• Experience with Python, Java, or Power BI
