The Role
As an ERP Application Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers get the best experience from a highly configurable ERP system. You'll be solving technical and operational challenges across Accounting, Stock Control, CRM, E-Commerce, and Business Intelligence modules while developing expertise in ERP software and integrations.
This is a dynamic role that requires problem-solving, logical thinking, and strong communication skills to guide customers through technical issues and system best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues via the Halo ticketing system
- Guide customers on best practices and system functionality
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and testers to resolve complex issues
- Develop a strong understanding of the IQ ERP system and its customisation options
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate major issues where required
What You Need:
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to ask the right questions
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear guidance for customers
- Nice-to-have:
- Basic SQL
- Accounting knowledge
- Stock control experience
- Computer science background
