MCS Group are delighted to be working with an exciting Irish tech company as they seek to add a Technical Project Manager to their team following continued growth throughout 2023.

This will be an exciting role for a confident project manager that has previous professional experience as PM over software teams, following agile/scrum methodology.

The Role:

• Lead project development, much like a Scrum Master, ensuring ontime and on-budget delivery.
• Help to facilitate with Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Agile principles are upheld.
• Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Generate and share project status reports with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams, define deliverables, and offer support.
• Oversee tech issue resolution by working closely with the tech support team .
• Develop and execute strategic scheduling for change management.

The person:

• Previous professional experience as a PM/PMO of technical teams.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, JIRA preferred but no essential requirements as the company can up skill and train on any internal systems.
• Technical knowledge or a background working closely with development teams in the past is essential.
• Added bonus for someone with a scrum master certification or background however, the business can help you work toward one.

Salary Expectations: €55,000 - €60,000
