MCS are delighted to be working with exclusively with an extremely successful software company seeking a Project Manager to lead their software company's transition process for onboarding new clients to their platform. Due to their ever-growing success, they are expanding and have huge plans for growth over the next few years!

The Company/ Role
My client is privately owned firm of actuaries, consultants and pension scheme administrators who specialise in advising on pensions and lifetime savings in the UK and Ireland, with big potential to grow out into the US!
In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the transition process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the Commercial team to generate new business sales and provide technical support when required. You will also work alongside the Service Delivery, Engineering and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations, where client satisfaction is a key.

What you need:
- 3+ years of experience in the software, technology, or pensions industry, where you can demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a focus on transition from sales to service.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
