Talent Acquisition Partner - Construction Organisation - Craigavon Area
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing a large, well-known manufacturing organisation based in the Craigavon area, who are currently seeking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for the organisations local operations, delivering a highly efficient and top-quality service to key stakeholders throughout the organisation, ensuring workforce plans are effectively managed.
The role
The organisation is one of the UKs' leading manufacturers in their field, keen to put in place a proactive resourcing model for the organisation. The role will form part of the Group HR function, with accountability for delivering a professional and effective group wide direct resourcing model to support future growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing a direct and indirect recruitment strategy to source the talent required to strengthen the organisations talent base across a range of roles. The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the rest of the HR team, co-ordinating the entire recruitment lifecycle for all permanent and contract employees. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business on a regular basis, the successful candidate will analyse current and future current recruitment requirements across the business, ensuring there is a strong pipeline in place for upcoming recruitment requirements.
The candidates experience will be vitally important to the organisation, ensuring top talent receives the best customer service experience, regardless of if they are successful of not. The aim is to continue to build a strong brand in the local market, maintaining the organisations' ability to attract and retain the most sought-after talent in Northern Ireland, as well as across other locations. This will include developing relationships with local Universities and promoting the brand to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline coming through. The successful candidate will strategically contribute to the workforce planning process for the organisation's key stakeholders, assessing current and future needs within the organisation

The skillset
The Group Resourcing Partner will possess the following experience:
- Degree educated
- Significant resourcing experience recruiting for all levels of an organisation, from entry-level to Senior Director in a high growth business
- Experience of designing and implementing direct and indirect sourcing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging targets
- Proficient at utilise a multi-channel approach to recruitment
- Experience of in-house recruitment is desirable, however strong agency experience will be considered
