The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach and have day to day control of a unique system which in conjunction with other business systems will provide data to support and enhance workforce planning and enable analysis and measure progress against the University's strategic priorities.

About you;

• You will have prior experience working with ERP/CRM systems
• Ideally you will have knowledge of data visualisation tools
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
• Clear & concise attention to detail
• Logical and analytical approach

About the role;

• Responsible for the day to day management and configuration of the system
• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels to identify and manage system changes
• Report into senior management to accurately display data which will impact business decisions
• You will document best practices on the system and deliver training as and when required
