Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a global client who are looking for a systems analyst to join their newly formed remote support team. This position will be a nightshift rota with an added 10-15% bonus for these patterns. This will be a first line support focused role, concentrating on the most important tickets. This opportunity will be perfect for someone looking to gain more experience in IT support, application support and troubleshooting.

This role will involve troubleshooting, communicating across the business and working with a large database. You will need to communicate any issues across the whole business so an ability to break down technical language is important. This will be a night shift role as you will be working with a different time zone to deal with tickets raised.
What you need:
- 1-2 years' experience troubleshooting
- Strong Communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to break down technical language for non-tech employees.
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Abiding by strict SLAs
What would be great (Bonus experience):
- Experience with MS stack (Azure, .NET, Java etc)
- Security and firewall experience
- Networking and IT Support experience
- Automation Scripting Experience
