Job Description
MCS Group is recruiting a Supply Chain Specialist (Materials Planning Analyst) for our global engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Craigavon.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your supply chain career with a market leading organisation within the engineering/manufacturing sector.
In this role as the Supply Chain Specialist, you will join an experienced materials team, where you will be responsible for the on-time delivery of direct material into the production facilities while maintaining the correct level of inventory to deliver key metrics.
Key responsibilities will include:-
- Material Planning
- Process Improvement and Project Support
- Problem Solving
- Reporting
The successful candidate: -
- Will hold a degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply chain management or similar with 0-2 years of experience gained in a supply chain or materials planning role.
- Candidates with lesser qualifications will be considered if they have at least 3 years relevant experience gained in a supply chain role
- Excellent business, planning, communication and problem-solving skills with strong ability using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
