Statutory Accountant - Belfast

MCS Group are looking for a Statutory Accountant to join a leading professional services organisation with a global presence

The Company:

Our client is a leading professional services organisation with a global presence. Now is a great time to join as the look to expand their finance team by recruiting a Statutory Accountant at their Belfast office.

The Role:

As the successful Statutory Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare Statutory Cost Allocations
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and audit documentation
• Prepare Monthly reconciliations and provide suggested correcting accounting entries for various interfirm accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Assist with numerous statutory accounting projects
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Statutory Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant
• Strong analytic skills
• Strong excel skills
