Role Overview:

As a Software Team Lead, you will take charge of leading a team of 4 skilled developers, guiding them in the development of high-quality software solutions using C# .NET SQL and Power BI. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise to a forward-thinking company and build experience in leadership. You will also remain hands on, with around 60% of your time spent hands on designing and developing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in C# .NET, emphasising scalable and maintainable code.
• Proven experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
