The role

This role is perfect for a technical lead/software developer who is keen to take that step into management, stepping away from hands on coding, into managing a team of up to 10 software developers. You do require to have some experience in this field and want to progress down this path.

About You

• Previously have been/or are a software developer - ESSENTIAL.
• Some experience in people management - mentoring or managing software developers.
• Strong technical awareness to drive the software development team in deliverables - Bonus points if you come from a Java background.
