Role: As a Software Development Manager, you will play a key role in the technical leadership of a brand new SaaS product, having an oversight of the architecture, design and development of this application which is critical to our client's success. This is a brand new R+D team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise growing and leading high preforming teams, ensuring the developers within your team are maximising their full potential. You will act as a coach, continually working with your team to help them progress their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a strong team of C# .Net developers
• Provide guidance on the overall architecture, design and development of the new greenfield application
• Provide constructive feedback to the team, ensuring they are following best coding standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ Years in a software development manager / team lead role
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of the .NET framework and associated technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, etc.).
• Experience working with Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies ideally Angular or React.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.
