Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack JavaScript

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering up with a fantastic, local start-up company who have a fantastic product within the security and incident response space. Our client is seeking to bring an experience, Senior software engineer on board to help drive the business forward.

What we are looking for?

• Ideally someone with experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Expert in JavaScript, ideally with React, Node and Nest.
• Experience in mentoring juniors and interested in still remaining very technical.
• Experience with automated and unit testing.
• A self-starter, takes initiative and can work independently.

What will you be doing?

• Writing clean and efficient code.
• Collaborate with different teams and work closely with stakeholders on design and development of new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise applications for security and performance.
• Mentorship of team members and "go-to" for any assistance across the business.
