Senior Property Maintenance Officer

MCS Group are delighted to be working with a Large Public Sector Organisation in County Down in finding a Senior Property Maintenance Officer.

The Role:

• To assist and advise the Technical & Maintenance Manager in ensuring that all obligations of the organisation are met in respect of its property maintenance requirements.

• To produce and implement a schedule of planned maintenance within the organisations estate to ensure its continued compliance with regulations and best practice.

• Responsible for the line management of the Property Maintenance sub-unit's employees including the provision of guidance, support and technical expertise and to assist in training to ensure they are kept aware of current legislative and other requirements.

The Person:

• HNC or equivalent in Building/Engineering or other construction related subject

• Year's relevant work experience with responsibility for delivering statutory maintenance contracts.

• Valid Drivers License.
