Senior Marketing Executive

MCS is delighted to be working with a hugely successful global logistics business, born in NI to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive to join the company and lead the marketing function and enhance brand presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the marketing strategy to enhance the brand presence, drive business growth and manage internal and external communications.

The right candidate will be given the necessary support and guidance, while being encouraged to think creatively, take initiative, and drive innovative marketing strategies that contribute to our company's success.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Sales and Customer Support Teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers and customers.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and offline channels. Work with the Sales Team to develop suitable promotional materials.

Communications: Coordinate and manage internal communications for all employees.

Events: Co-ordinate our attendance at trade shows and other events.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years' experience in a business-to-business marketing role
• Experience in preparing internal and external marketing material
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office
