MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a start up here in Belfast in their search for a Senior Software Engineer to work on their cutting-edge web applications. The Company / Role
You will join the apps team to work across cutting-edge products for customers using up-to-date technologies, collaborating with a full team of product owners, designers, developers, and QA. You will help design new apps from scratch, as well as adding new features to existing products. No day is the same, and you will be part of a supportive learning culture, with a company who will invest in your skills development.
Technologies
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Node (Express, Nest.js)
- AWS (or other cloud providers)
- JavaScript frontend frameworks are a bonus!
- Experience in testing is also a bonus
The Ideal Candidate
- 4-5+ years of experience in software development
- Experienced in JavaScript / TypeScript / Node
- Demonstratable mentorship of junior colleagues
- Examples of leadership from previous projects
- AWS Serverless Knowledge
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Keen aptitude to learn
