MCS Group is proud to be working with a fast growing manufacturing company, to grow out their existing HSE team and add a team member who is keen to push towards an HSE Manager position.

You will;

• Participate in internal audit program to support continual improvement in all relevant functions.
• Compile and present H,S&E and business objective compliance reports where necessary.
• Support the maintenance and attainment of all relevant management system accreditations.
• Promote and raise awareness of the impact of emerging H,S&E issues.
• Implement best practice in areas of sustainability, ethical and social responsibility and address any issues arising.
• Support the maintenance and development of H,S&E policies and procedures including integrated standard and emergency operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance for site is maintained in line with all relevant organisational requirements including Legionella, Waste, Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER), DSEAR, Accident/Near Miss investigation and RIDDOR reporting.
