You will:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of the products
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle, from concept through to production, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance
- Drive product innovation, manage manufacturing relationships, and ensure timely execution of hardware deliverables
- Manage product compliance with industry standards, including CE, UKCA, FCC, IC, and other relevant certifications
- Work closely with product management, software teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the hardware meets product requirements and supports overall business goals
You will have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development
- Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred to effectively communicate with suppliers and partners
- Strong knowledge of schematics, PCB design, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience in managing the full hardware product lifecycle, including manufacturing and product compliance
