About you

• You will have at least 4 years high level business analytics experience
• You will have experience working with Agile methodologies
• Ideally you will have prior knowledge of travel or insurance industries
• You will be a "people first" person who has the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams

About the role

• You will analyse clients needs and want to bring a high quality service in order to enhance or review current parameters
• Formulating and documenting processes in the "as is" and "to be" model and also be responsible for all process designs including workflows
• Working closely with the Head of operations you will be responsible for striving for improvements across both the product and service provided to clients
