Senior Accounts Payable Clerk

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing business in the Ballymena area as they look to recruit for a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on-site.

My client is an established manufacturing business in the Ballymena area who are continuously looking to grow and expand. Now is a great time to join this forward thinking business.

Role:

Reporting into the AP Supervisor, duties of this role include:

• Processing supplier invoices as required
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Monthly reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Assisting with implementation of ERP system as and when required
• Providing cover for AP supervisor

Person:

My client is ideally looking for someone who has:

• Strong background in an AP Specialist role
• Experience with assisting with month end reports
• Background in Sage500 desirable
• Manufacturing background ideal

• Salary up to £35k (DoE)
