Job Description
MCS Group is seeking a SAS Administrator with experience of working within financial services for a high-growth, already hugely successful analytics company with employees across the UK and Ireland and further afield. With massive plans for growth over the next few years, the company provide consultancy services within data and analytics, AI and Machine Learning along with creating their own technology products which are utilised across multiple sectors and industries.
This is the perfect career move for a SAS Administrator who is interested in progression, keen to not just 'be another number' and ultimately is interested in working fully remotely within the UK (or Ireland).
Key Responsibilities :
- You'll provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS-related issues.
- Ensure the optimal performance and stability of customers' SAS environments working from deployment and covering maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAS solutions.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for the SAS environment.
- Deal with and present to clients, both technical and functional.
The Person
- You'll have a strong track record in working with SAS technologies, ideally within a banking or financial services environment.
- You'll be comfortable (and have solid experience of) SAS architecture, SAS Support, and the deployment and maintenance of SAS (SAS 9.4).
- You'll be comfortable working in a remote setting and have eligibility to work within the UK.
Salary
- £60-70k depending on experience.
