Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP S4 HANA.
• Participate in the implementation, customisation, and enhancement of the ERP system to meet the organisations evolving needs.
• Analyse existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilisation of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between various systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementations.
• Experience in customising and configuring SAP S4 HANA (Essential).
• Proficiency in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
• Solid understanding of business processes, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
