Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be working alongside the global leader in advanced insulation and building envelope solutions, with the aim to accelerate a net zero emissions future with the well-being of people and planet at its heart to recruit a a number of Sales Executives.
As a Sales Executive, you will be involved in selling maintenance plans, parts and other services to new and existing clients through their CRM system of warm and cold leads. You will aim to help increase existing business and generate new business opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland.
Core responsibilities:
- Proactive outbound calling to key accounts, merchants and new clients with the aim of generating new business.
- Sell Service contracts to existing and potential clients across the UK and Ireland.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with clients.
- To maintain and increase levels of business activity in line with individual targets.
- Ensure high standards of record keeping are maintained at all times using the CRM systems.
Requirements Include:
- Sales Experience - either outbound Sales or face 2 face sales like retail.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong customer/client focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
